Refund Policy

Lucy AI, Inc. does not offer refunds except where required by applicable law.

1. Subscriptions

Monthly and annual subscription payments are final once charged.

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewal charges. Cancellation does not refund the current billing period, unused time, prior billing periods, or any features, credits, or services already made available.

2. Credits

Credit purchases and credit balances are final and non-refundable.

Monthly plan credits, rollover credits, add-on credit packs, usage credits, unused credits, partially used credits, expired credits, promotional credits, trial credits, referral credits, bonus credits, and complimentary credits are non-refundable and have no cash value.

3. Credit Expiration

Monthly plan credits reset at the end of each billing period unless rollover is expressly included in your plan or stated at checkout.

If your plan includes rollover credits, those rollover credits expire 30 days after they roll over, unless a different expiration period is expressly stated at checkout.

Add-on credit packs expire 90 days after purchase unless a different expiration period is expressly stated at checkout.

Expired credits are not refundable, transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

4. AI Outputs

Lucy AI uses artificial intelligence. AI outputs may vary, may be inaccurate, and may require user review.

Dissatisfaction with AI-generated output, response quality, memory behavior, generation results, creative results, response style, or feature performance does not qualify for a refund.

5. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@trylucy.ai within 7 days of the charge.

We may review billing errors in our discretion. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund, credit, reversal, account credit, or payment adjustment.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you dispute a valid charge with your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or payment processor instead of contacting us first, Lucy AI may submit evidence showing your acceptance of our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, checkout disclosures, subscription terms, credit purchase terms, usage records, account activity, invoices, receipts, support communications, and related billing records.

Lucy AI may suspend or restrict your account while a payment dispute is pending.

7. Legal Rights

This Refund Policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be waived.
